Before starting a legal case, in the event of urgent conditions, it is possible to request a preventive technical assessment (ATP), pursuant to art. 696 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which consists in a prior verification of the state of affairs of the places through sound level measurements aimed at assessing the current situation, whether it is a possible exceeding of the limit values of the administrative criterion and the criterion of normal tolerability, (art. Civil Code 844), whether it is a verification of compliance with the minimum passive acoustic requirements of buildings.
