The sound of footsteps derives from an error in the use of elastomeric materials (elastic mats) that are used in the sub-floors. There are hundreds of materials, but few can really reduce the problem of mechanical shocks. Thanks to our experience in the materials sector, we can design structures with a very high impact noise reduction power. We pioneered the use of discrete systems in highly efficient floors, and we continue to use them where needed.
