For the construction of a part of their structure in the center of Milan, the street that leads from Piazza Gae Aulenti to Corso Como (now via Capelli), the developer asked our studio to analyse whether the vibrational levels present during the passage of the train of the MM2 were such as to cause problems for the apartments. Following these long and complex measures, it was then decided to place the entire structure of the buildings on the elastic systems of the Belgian company CDM, capable of effectively attenuating the mechanical transmission and thus reducing the expected noise levels.
